Cole started training BJJ in 2015 under The American Killer Bees where he was awarded both his blue and purple belts by Professor Israel Gomes. He found his way to Insight BJJ of Somerset in 2023 under Professor Sheldon Valka.

Martial arts has been a part of Cole’s life since he was nine years old, training in multiple disciplines before focusing all of his attention on BJJ. Because of this, he understands the impact that BJJ can have on someone’s life and hopes that he can help bring that positive influence to all of his teammates. His attention to detail is unmatched on the mats and it stands out to every student that he shares his knowledge with.
